NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN - NOTICE RE EDITED ON June 28, 2010

The decision was made from of one the shareholders after the President & CEO and shareholders Mr. Ghislain Touzin on June 2009 due to the declare (Mr. Ghislain Thouzin) incapacity TO FULLFIL THE CONTRACTS TO SUPPLY OUR CLIENTS AND CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH VLAD TO SUPPLY US JP54 and to continue the duties as an Official of the Corporation, due to his health problems , with him having a Heart/stroke.

Any proof or documents proving he has had a hearth attack/ stroke needs to be requested directly with Mr. Touzin we do not have any proof in our files.

The facilitator for JP4 with VLAD Company Mr. Jose Castillo (from Spain) issued to us an apology in the form of a letter (to see the letter click at logo letter) for the non-performance of VLAD and failure to fulfill its contract with us even though we (through our bank) presented 2 MT799.

The MT(s) 799 with many documents are in the our safety deposit box at our bank and will be available to anyone who would like see them with a written request specifying reason for the request.

On July 29th, 2009 a meeting was held by the Corporation and the decision was made to close the Corporations business and activity without prejudice to Corporate and shareholders right and request all rights for damages from the suppliers who caused problems and did not honor the contracts.

The Corporation closed the business in good standing with the bank under management by the CFO, and does not have any debts, or pending payments with any company. To see the bank letter dated of June 5th, 2009 certifying good standing, please click the logo BANK LETTER.

The two pending contracts to supply house clients were transferred to Traffimex International Corp – Montreal Quebec without prejudice of the partners rights to receive compensation from the contracts.

The Corporation does not have any pending business.

The shareholder CFO of Royal Minerals & Fuels, Inc does not have any financial responsibility for any pending financial transactions or contracts if not approved by meeting with a majority decision.
